On Wednesday, October 16th, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments in the Grant v. Lamont case. The purpose of this hearing is to ask the court to reconsider our request for a preliminary injunction, which was previously denied by Judge Arterton before her retirement.
