New Gun Ban in Bridgeport?

Yesterday, Bridgeport mayor (and convicted felon and failed Gubernatorial candidate) Joe Ganim signed some sort of city ordinance supposedly banning 3-D printed weapons and so-called "ghost guns" in Bridgeport.
